Debugging Tools Techniques Tips – Debuggers

I tried to run my ASP.NET application and got this error description : “Could not copy temporary files to the output directory.” “The file ‘bin\xxx.dll’ cannot be copied to the run directory.” What is actually the problem here? Please help me to really solve this.
