But recently I&#039;ve been tasked with looking into upgrading our website and i found microsofts visual studio 2008 web express edition ( FREE! ) anyhow.. when you install it it basically runs a server off your workstation.
It gives you the option of .net 2.0 or 3.5 and you can upgrade older pages I think.  
Anyhow you should goto microsoft, or google 2008 web express and dl it and try it out.</description>
