i have a problem accessing the network. when troubleshooting where should he check first for the cause of the problem?

    Can’t answer your question unless we have more infos about your network setup:
    How many PCs do you have connected to your network?
    What type of connection are you using? DSL? Cable?
    Are you using a router? A wireless router?
    Do all the PCs have the same issue??

    best thing to do is check connection go to control panel then networks and see if you have a connection, If so the network itself could be busy, If in doubt your system should offer a trouble shooting facility,, have a look in there!!!!!!!
