Media Center Debug?

My windows media center won’t work and i always get this message: Application has generated an exception that could not be handled.
Process id=0×1a798(108440), Thread id=0×1a7a8 (108456).
Click ok to terminate the application.
Click CANCEL to debug the application.
can somebody please help me!!!!
